Noise Reduction by Nipsey Russolo
What do you get when you take the noise out of Noise? Nipsey! He took tracks from several high-profile noise artists, processed them with a variety of noise-reduction techniques, and created tracks with the fragments that were leftover. some of the harshest square-wave blasts turned into shimmering, crystalline layers of sonic abstraction. SPIN magazine pinups transformed into birdsong.
