My track is built from field recordings manipulated.
The main idea here is to try to replay with my sounds the experimental approach of Negativland: collage, concrete sounds, manipulations, lack of narration ...

philippe neau is a visual and sound artist

My paintings and videos propound a "mental landscape".
My music evokes this imaginary landscape with non narrative music,
atonal melodies, glitch worrying, metallic textures, hollow field-recording,
abstract notes and organic sound-collage.
A dark atmosphere lives and incorporates the "listener/viewer".
Soundscapes take him in a large-full sound and dives in an experiment of an intriguing sound space.
