Introducing the new ambient techno project from Toronto's Daniel Field, who also records as Kilometre Club and Beymer. For this album, he put together tracks that vacillate between the coldness of the project title and the warmth of synth pads and wordless vocals. Almost always buoyed by sparse sub kick drums and light percussion, he has been able to create a collection of tracks with a bit of a different pulse compared to his other ambient drone works.

Using Wolfgang Voigt's GAS as his main inspiration, Daniel found ways to blend his signature textures with new approaches to minimalist ambient techno and light electronica that will be sure to appeal to fans of his work as Kilometre Club.

With 16 nameless tracks and spanning over 100 minutes, this album may feel daunting, but its calming and sometimes repetitive melodies are the perfect soundtrack for a cool fall day with a hot beverage.
