Words that we never said because of the fear of realizing the failure of our own existence. A life that has nothing to do with the essence of one’s own heart, which beats in vain. Bearing the weight of time from which we’ll never be able to rectify the hours, those in which we didn’t undertake the path towards our true self. Suddenly, one day you explode, the night is clearer than ever. And yes, you take the risk of being discredited by the gray mass which wanders, with its mouth open, chasing the carrot. You are on the path of truth, you have heard the bell that rings next to your tombstone. It is you and no one else but you who will give you the hand to reconcile with this soul that one day you buried.


Leaning into the hallmarks of a metal ballad, a reverberating layered guitar and voices underscored by a melodic bass guitar and toms base create a depth of sound that perfectly accompanies the aesthetic of Nostalgia.

INDAR is an alternative metal band founded in 2020 in Barcelona, Spain.
A female quartet band formation with front singer Sara, guitarist Karmen, bassist Marta and drummer Nana.
Combining elements of rock, modern metal and post-metal with social-themed lyrics, the band has released her first single, Rotten Roots, in October, 2023.
