In a moment of weary exasperation, the divine presence slowly faded from humanity’s midst. The incessant barrage of whiny prayers, pleas regarding trivial matters, and constant complaints became too much to bear. In deep sadness, the divine turned away, leaving humanity to navigate its own path without further intervention.
