Meditative by Moira Lo Bianco, Integro Sonoro

'Meditative' is a collection of original compositions for piano and sound therapy instruments, inspired by my work in clinical environments and public health initiatives that integrate the healing and performing arts. The album features forty acoustic instruments—each performed live in the studio—to create a rich and immersive sonic experience.

Designed to support mindfulness, relaxation, and therapeutic settings, 'Meditative' serves as a companion for meditation, healing practices, and stress reduction. The sound sequences are composed to stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system—the branch responsible for activating the body's “rest and digest” state—helping listeners shift toward a state of calm and physiological regulation. This album is an ideal take-home resource for patients as part of an ongoing healing process and a supportive tool for healthcare and holistic practitioners seeking restorative sounds to enhance treatment sessions.
