This album has pushed me to really do my shadow work, as a life coach, mind practitioner and public speaker I realize that at times i have take a step back and see the work I need. Lost my daughter to brain cancer and father to HIV and I have two autistic children. as a sound practitioner and life coach I use music, sound and frequency to promote Healing for all of us, we are all forever growing and learning.
