ITHOOL by Jeremy Serwer
ITHOOL is a two song effort working with Seattle producer and multi instrumentalist Paul Beaudry and Austin drummer Matt Johnson(Jeff Buckley, St Vincent, Jeremy Enigk). Paul Beaudry really lit up these tracks with beautiful analog synths and melodic bass lines as well as lead guitar. Matt Johnson brought his amazing dynamic drumming.
The songs confront our ushering into a more dystopian future with our worship of material over living things, far right authoritarianism on the rise globally and the expansion of the surveillance state.
