"Vainglorious" is the powerful new album from Jesus Fix, the follow up to 2015's much-lauded "Bring Me God".

Unlike its predecessor, the songs on this album were written entirely by the current lineup of the band, and therefore present a truer manifesto of the band in its present incarnation. A more overtly metallic sound is evident, without ever betraying its roots in goth and punk. From the doom and gloom of "Graceless" and "Monochrome" to the power and pace of "Vainglorious" and "Backwater", this is the sound of a band standing tall astride the world, proudly brandishing its flag of defiance.
