Susbarbatus is a varied album of electronic music, spanning the rhythmic, the melodic and the abstract - underpinned by powerful, ever shifting sequences.
The closing track, Antiquark, is a particular standout, featuring multi-layered sequences that morph and evolve in a way that evokes the works of Steve Reich (or maybe just Tangerine Dream's take on them) - while still sounding unique.
