This City by Jordan Klemons

This City is a multimedia contribution to the lineage of the hero's journey. It uses instrumental composition and improvisation, mixed with visual artwork, to tell the story of the hero being called to action, overcoming multiple obstacles, fighting his battle, and then being tantalized to return to the comfort and nostalgia of home by the siren's call of seductive memories.

The music was composed and arranged for a 9-piece jazz orchestra. Each track has a unique piece of visual artwork designed to help bring to life the surrealistic world that the hero is navigating.
