“Everyone who hears what I say but doesn’t obey it will be like a foolish person who built a house on sand. Rain poured, and floods came. Winds blew and struck that house. It collapsed, and the result was a total disaster.”
(Matthew 7:26-27)
If you believe that God knows everything what will happen to you will you obey Him? If He tells you to leave your home will you leave?
We all have big decisions that we will face throughout our lives, and it is a matter of faith on our part to follow God’s commands. Like Abraham, when God told him to leave his home country, he and his wife left immediately in the night, not knowing where they are going. They just trusted the Lord and His word.
Two years ago, the Lord told me to leave our house and stay in our house located on a mountain and I obeyed. Thankfully, the Lord provided for me and protected me while I was there preaching and helping the residents get to know the gospel. I never had the faith to go there if it wasn’t given by the Lord. He provided me with faith, courage, and strength, and He never fails. We just have to learn to receive from Him.
Right now, the health care system in Gaza is on the brink of collapse. People are told to leave, but unfortunately they didn’t. It is so heart-breaking to see people suffering during the war, and I just hope and pray that people will receive help from God and leave the country, so they might live.
