Inspiration can come at any time and sometimes it strikes us in the strangest of moments. The story goes that Kartik’s mother was in the hospital and he was spending the night in the room. For the most part he didn't know what to do there, so he thought of making beats to pass his time. He sampled a 90’s R&B record and made “Nevuhmynd.” in that one sitting.
Chopping beats and samples up is his favourite thing to do and if you heard the track, you’ll know that for this 19 year old who cites Madlib, Dilla and DOOM as his illegitimate fathers, churning out beats is a way of life.
“Nevuhmynd.” is a single from his upcoming Ep/Mixtape titled "Mlkshake.” to be released on 29/1/2021

Born in Ludhiana, Kartik Sudhera started creating beats at the age of 17. The young producer is rooted in Hip-Hop like his primary influences such as Madlib, J. Dilla & The Alchemist. Kartik has it's own way with production, the sophisticated ambience of the melody works its way under the flesh of the listener. Kartik started getting recognition for his work in 2019 and since then he has garnered listeners from various demographics even from the big leagues, with the likes of PAV4N from 4NC¥, working under the same label with him in the early 2020s. Emphasising on the DIY ethic the artist also creates his cover-arts, mixes his tracks & publishes them across the globe.
