Barbican set by Kate Carr

This is the set I developed for Nonclassical's Barbican showcase called Listening to Place on February 20. It draws from my album Dawn, always new, often superb, inaugurates the return of the everyday. Set up was zither, drums, geophone, turntable, and many sounding implements, brushes, toy cars, bird horns, beads, metal hoop, nail, piece of paper. This set includes a short section of drums programmed by Graham Dunning included on the Dawn album. Thanks Graham! This is a rehearsal recording as I don't think the actual set was recorded.
