SheBANG! (2008) is my 3rd and most recent record. I knew that I wanted this record to have shimmer and shine all over it. On BH and HWC, the songs had leaned heavily on the “heartbreak” theme, which was fine, but anyone who knows me would say -- I have a happy, strong disposition. Truly! I wanted to make a record that represented THAT. I was knee-deep in the Beatles anthology on DVD, inspired to write more POP songs than ever before, and that was at the exact time when I started performing with Mike Viola (link: HYPERLINK "http://www.mikeviola.com" http://www.mikeviola.com) He’s a master of that stuff, in case you didn’t know. So… we decided to try some things, and our chemistry worked so well, we did a whole record. I love SheBANG! from start to finish.
