Mr. Barbacoa- One night, we found ourselves in a bar in Boise, Idaho. Crazy energy lit up the place. On a big wall was a painting of a man we dubbed Mr. Barbacoa. As happy hour turned into a two (or three), his eyes would suddenly change direction, watching our every move.
