Galdr (magic, magic chant).
To do a Galdr is to call upon nature's forces to achieve or heal.
Often it is referred to as a song to cast spells, but you can also attain it through a poem, a drum, an item, energy work, or meditation.
For me, this song is healing.
It starts deep within, gradually opening me up, connecting me with my surroundings, cleansing my soul, and filling me with new, clean energy.
Pure magic!
