Wounds by Buru

For the 9th release since its inception, Kuiper Noise brings in BuRu, a finnish special ops duo best described by its stellar accuracy in after-dark techno raids. In the business of music production, sharing your creative chores with someone is always a tricky notion, not least of all because it requires near-perfect osmosis in all considerations and accomplishments. It's therefore impressive how coherent and seamless each song on this EP is, almost as if they were, indeed, the brainchild of a single-minded entity -- a true testament on how to deliver the sharpest thrills to your dancing receptors. In 'Wounds' Buru are never less than exciting, and always more than poignant. There's elite craftsmanship here, bangin' kicks, but also the mysterious tenderness of seasoned existence, as is ultimately perceptible in the closing track. Arguably at the top of their game here, the duo comes full circle in their musical maturity.

Kuiper Noise is the brainchild of Holldën, techno DJ and producer from Portugal.

His music has been released on Second State, Quartz, Suara, Sungate, Illegal Alien, Out-Er and other reputed labels.
