Heavy Traffic by Laketown Riots

Based on the Ralph Bakshi film by the same name, "Heavy Traffic" deals with the anxiety of a young artist living in the big city filled with increasing crime and poverty.

Hailing from the Southwest, Laketown Riots is a newfolk project conceived by Troubadour and Desert Exile, Dmitri Glover. LTR explores traditional folk sounds of acoustic guitar, mandolin, and banjo, with lyrics revolve around nature, love and loss, magick, and isolation resulting in an increasingly technological world.
