Review from Codes and Notes:
"If you search for CC-licensed music, chances are you'll pretty soon stumble on some of Lee Rosevere's work. That man is so productive it's uncanny. Being a multi-talented musician, you will likely find something for everyone. Surely at some point you will listen to one of his EPs or albums, and it will stand out and touch you deeper than usual. "Promise" is, for me, such an album.
It's the slow and smooth beats, the calm and discrete (but gorgeous) melodies, the tranquility of these compositions. Yet the tracks are just enticing enough so that one feels the urge to enable the "repeat" mode and let them play for, say, a whole day of work... In these troubled times, a moment of auditive peace is more than welcome. This album offers it to you in a flawless manner. Two thumbs up, and nothing less."
