“MAINLINE EP” is no exception. Laden with sub and crisp percussion, the EP opener, Annan, encapsulates Lithe's unique take on the hard drum style: metallic, cold, mechanised & atmospheric. Knock follows, a brooding 116BPM banger that sounds like an alien mutation of the Timbo production style. Mainline & Wikd close out the EP with off kilter techno kick drums, uncompromising percs and synth lines comparable to Detroit techno with a harder edge.
