Snakes from Onebody by Los Doggies
Not to be pigeon-holed into the low-cult, Los Doggies also borrows heavily from literature as well as B-movies and video games. "Snakes" is a songification of the final scene from Antoine de Saint-Exupéry's beloved "The Little Prince", where the Prince suicides himself with the help of a desert snake, so his spirit can return to his home planet. The narrator's astonishment is frozen in time into the verses of a 2-minute pop song.
