SKXXLSHXXTR by Lxnnnie
Apparently recorded on a potato to get the lowest fidelity possible, the melodies of Lxnnnie’s new project SKXXLSHXXTR somehow shine through. Reminiscent of his 2012 album ‘Kuroi Jukai’, he presents another batch of raw blown-out lo-fi ear candy. The lyrics, however, are anything but pop, and run the gamut of emotions of disaffected youth. All sorts of broken relationships and disillusioned thoughts are present here. Perhaps those of whom the album title suggests? A statement to be sure…. If you’re able to discern it through all the distortion and fuzz.

Advice:
This album sounds best when using Apple earbuds, AirPods or listening on a good sound system. Most other earbuds produce shitty tinny crap sound or are way too bassy, and this album sounds like shit already, so start with something good.
And for fuck’s sake, don’t fucking kill anyone.
