"Kyiv Voices" is a piece that deeply immerses us in the historical and spiritual heritage of ancient Kyiv. Based on the ancient Kyiv chant preserved in the Lviv Choral Index of the 16th century, this work serves as a bridge between the past and the present, reviving the sounds and harmonies that resonated within ancient walls.

I`m aimed to achieve complete immersion in the ancient Kyiv architecture and frescoes, adding a unique vibe to the piece. Each note, each chord, sounds like an echo of the centuries, seamlessly blending with the space and creating the impression that the music emanates directly from the walls and frescoes.

"Kyiv Voices" is not just a choral work but a true mystery that permeates the listener and immerses them in the atmosphere of ancient Kyiv. This piece deserves attention and deep contemplation, allowing us to touch the origins and feel the spirit of the times.
