When you must break free and destroy the very structures that you have nurtured and supported, hoping that things would change, your power is in the last of the waning moon right before the new moon. Combine that with the timing of the tides as they flow out and reveal all that is beneath them at the shore. This is the time to call that power within and perform the rituals to aid us in drawing back our support, retreating away from those who would harm us, so that we may tear it all down or let it fall ... and then we will be free to create, in love and compassion, our new way forward.
