"Birthed through the births of babies, this record is blood, sweat & newborn tears. A wall that had all palettes of paint thrown at it, smooshed together by toddler hands, photographed by a stay at home dad, only to be scrubbed off and funnelled back into the fallopian tubes of spontaneous creation by Marcos Valle & A Tribe Called Quest’s third unborn son. It bore life and deaths of sorts, Siamese splittings & try-on-these reconfigurations, new mixes and new suffixes, replayed bass lines, delayed space time and frayed waist lines. More juggled roles than a circus baker. More rebuilds than a spider’s web across a pathway to the outdoor toilet. But now, a pretty house we can sit and enjoy coffee in for a few moments!
