Jejune (LP) by Margarita Mantis

My 15-track album "Jejune." Released on June 15, 2024.
This project serves as a foundation for my found/formulated genre — Binaural Rock! Which takes its name from Binaural Panning, an audio mixing method that creates a 3D sound sensation, and therefore an immersive musical experience. This I’ve fully engineered myself! 🩷

This full-length album, thematically, strives to shine light on/open up discussions around uncomfortable topics, and debates over deep-seated problems within our society that then heavily impact our individual, inner state. The word “Jejune” can be used to describe something superficial, simplistic, or boring, and much of the album revolves around assessing the root of our life’s unfulfillment, and our mankind’s seemingly dull yet convoluted, double-crossing nature.

“Jejune” helped me further find my stance as a professional, helping me evolve in my knowledge and interest in audio engineering! This album helped me stand in my power and push my artistic and skill boundaries, showing me that I can surely go the distance if I put all of my mind to it! I look forward to more growth and learning! 💗 💗 💗
