This is the greatest effort I've ever been a part of. Not because of what I've achieved, but because of the partnership I felt with Terry Bailey. My collaboration with him on this project exceeded expectations by miles and miles. He came up with genius ideas for the creative aspects of the sound of the songs and also the effects and overall presentation to it too. His input over the phone during our recording sessions was invaluable.This was a beautiful process Terry, because of you...you were a beautiful light shining through the cracks in the armour of these songs. I love you like a brother, Terry. This is the culmination of our 31 year friendship. Thank you.

The Musings of a Pink Lady was written for my wife’s art gallery show. I performed the songs live April 6th of this year here in Joshua Tree and the entire week was dedicated to showing off my wife’s work. I wrote these songs about her and I believe they reflect her complex and incredible life story…her abuse, her triumph, and her levity. I love her so much.
