Mark is a composer, trumpeter, improviser, electronicist and educator residing in Ann Arbor, MI, where he teaches at the University of Michigan. For decades he's been electrifying the trumpet with pedals, plugins and MIDI. His most recent recording is Cybersonic Outreach (New Focus). Mark is currently working on a bamboo interface for trumpet, and is using a trumpet to hack analog oscillators.
