Feel it in my heart beat,
when Im standing bare feet
on the ground, love and gratitude
beaming from the sound of my voice,
the sound of the birds in the trees
as they sway in the sunlight,
moving with the breeze.
Feeling coherence of the heart and mind
as I bring in awareness of my breath
and the love in my chest- Heart Beat-
been pumpin long before i was born,
when i got this opportunity another time more- and isn’t it amazing to be here now? Aware of this precious and miraculous Wow of creation, heart filled with elation, staying grounded in my body is a full time meditation- ‘cuz I wanna fly high like the eagle in the sky, thru mountains and forest, ‘cross oceans so wide and so deep.
I pray that my soul will keep, Pray to remember to wake up even when Im asleep and stay Open- heart filled with devotion, overflowing with the nectar and the
song of the Ocean-wisdom keepers,
our cetacean earth teachers-
help us to remember, give solace to the seekers on our journey back home to the frequency of love and harmony with
mama Gaia- feels like the world is on fire, with flames of transformation we can only grow higher...higher...
