Andrei Voica, aka Mesmer, has started producing electronic music in 2002 and has been building up an international following ever since.
As of 2009, as well as producing stomping tunes and remixes for many of the major labels around, Mesmer has launched his own recording label Scarcity, which has won the “Best New Label” category at the international awards Breakspoll in 2011 in London, UK.
