Double Exposure from Glass Boxes by Michele Nobler

"Double Exposure" is a soft piano solo catchy melody that brings to light emotions that sometimes remain hidden within us.
I thought of this piece taking inspiration from the photographic technique of double exposure, that is when multiple photographs are superimposed in the same image. Thus multiple melodic elements are intertwined in the song, creating a modern and dreamy pattern.
"Double Exposure" is part of the album "Glass Boxes":
I imagined glass houses on the bed of the sea, when the tide goes out and gives way to the big beach.
Inside the houses, people live, but are sometimes prisoners when the tide rises. They can only go out when the sea is low...
And so are their emotions.
The entire album "Glass Boxes" will be released on January 12, 2024, but in the meantime starting from September 22, 2023 a new track will be released every month."
