The story of Explore...
For 45 minutes you will be taken on a journey to explore your senses and relax your body and mind. Imagine you are walking on a beach and you feel the waves against your feet, perfect to SEIZE THE DAY! You spend the day at the beach and you watch the EVENING GLOW as it becomes evening. After the night has passed the MORNING DEW is on the grass and birds are starting to sing. The day has begun, where are you going to next? The music takes you to the mysterious EYE OF THE SAHARA where the sun shines brightly over the desert hills, but you have to get away from the sun and you seek shelter between the MISTY TREES. The clouds are turning grey and your hair is all wet from a RAINY DAY. You walk through the countryside and you EXPLORE the wonderful surroundings. Back home you feel satisfied that you took this voyage and as you fall asleep you remember the FROG LAKE where you saw birds, frogs and you heard crickets in the distance.
