Najand/Nazhand is a one-man Black Metal band founded by Sam Yazdian in 2004 when he was only 15 yo. Through years Najand has got influences of Melodic Death and Black Death. The recent albums are mostly in Persian language. Sam is a Canada-born Iranian, coming back to Canada after finishing high school and college in Iran. Speaking Persian fluently and writing classic poetry in Persian language.
