Soft Noise by No Name, No Face, No Worth
Through the years i've worked towards sound design and music production for extreme styles (mostly Metal and Noise adjacent), but there's been a sort of idea on the back of my mind of this softer, gentle, unintrusive droning noise.
Such ideas have come from my love of ASMR, Drone, Ambient and things of the sort, but especially from a documentary on Merzbow i saw ages ago and have never found again. The background noise that accompanied it was almost trance inducing. Other such influences would be some of Hainbach's work, Pig (the 1998 movie) and the edge of the radio signal in Fallout 3.
