eMErgence is an album of instrumental music by Liverpool composer and multi-instrumentalist Neil Campbell. The music contains elements of progressive rock, jazz fusion and minimalism. The album is co-produced with Marty Snape, from English progressive rock/electronic group Bulbs, and features wordless vocals from Perri Alleyne-Hughes (Perri and Neil, Sense of Sound) and Anne Taft (Neil Campbell Collective, Ghost Stories), bass from Roger Gardiner and drums from Viktor Nordberg. The album is a companion album to the recently released solo guitar album Tabula Rasa Suite (2014).
