"In the year 2054, the Eastern European city of Novokutim's power grid malfunctioned, plunging the bustling, neon-lit metropolis into darkness.
Gone are the bright urban landscapes, huge modernist and brutalist structures, outlined by argon.
They have been replaced with the glitchy crackle of malfunctioning alarm systems, the dim cold lighting of emergency power lights, and distant ghostly echoes and apparitions of a city that was once alive.
A dreampunk visage, forcefully pushed back into the dark ages."
