North Of The Checkerboard is Skye Vasey and Nick Mills. A side project spinoff of the notoriously successful band The Brakemans. Making music is their motto, whether that be recording asynchronously, living in different cities, or recording live together. North Of The Checkerboard embodies what it is to create meaningful tunes, with overarching comedic undertones.
