As far as inspirations go, no artist has been a greater influence on my sound and direction than J Dilla. One4Jaydee is my take on some of my favorite songs by your favorite producers favorite producer!

The beats come from the era that had the biggest impact on me, the "Jay Dee" era, back when he was doing production for Slum Village, Busta Rhymes, De La Soul and Common. I took a lot of time learning the chords, bass lines, and even vocals for these joints, all to pay homage to the greatest to ever do it.
