Consume by Orion's Sword
Somewhere in a distant solar system, a planet quietly completes another orbit around it's sun, for the final time. Something ancient and alien pushes its way into our reality, and it is very hungry. In a violent flash, the creature assaults the sphere, tearing it apart and consuming it until nothing is left. Then, as quickly it appeared, the creature withdraws back to its plane of its existence, and an empty space where a world used to be.
