This song is about becoming aligned with yourself once again after a long time of feeling lost and learning from the experience to have a better understanding of the things that are healthy and unhealthy for us.
It is also about learning to appreciation happiness and inspiration when they arise, learning how to capture the moment, whatever that moment is, but not becoming attached to it, as everything is under a constant state of change.
