groove 2 by CRZKNY

groove 2 is the second part of the outlines label cassette series dedicated to producers responsible for creating the new sounds of minimal footwork. Another representative of the genre is, Hiroshima based, CRZKNY associated mostly with Atomic Bomb Compilation. Ironic and overcompressed productions are his characteristic traits. In Theater 1 (started with D.J.Fulltono) he distanced himself from his traditional sounds and concentrated on combining his former fascination with techno music and the present one with footwork from Chicago.

outlines is a searching label. It starts with Chicago Footwork and aims at new forms, outlines and intuitions.

guides, is the more frivolous branch of outlines, where releases are characterised by greater freedom of form.
