Written in the summer of 1976 about a romantic crush I had on a fellow camp counsellor. I was always shy and introverted around girls so I never expressed my feelings to her. I finally got the nerve to visit her the following spring and by then she was in a relationship. It's a silly song but I really like the music and the universality of the theme...
