Isorhythmic Suite by Philip Fournier

An Isorhythm is a series of pitches that interacts with a parallel series of note durations. There are more or less pitches than note durations, so that when one series repeats, the other is not yet done. The melodic series of the Isorhythm this project is based on repeats 9 times before the rhythmic values return to the original. The effect is of trying to remember something you know you know but can't quite keep in mind.
