I've worked on this album (alongside some other music) since the beginning of 2024. It should become a special one. I thought of it as my last instrumental rock/metal record before moving on to... what actually? Guess I don't know yet.
Half the songs contain dub rock drums from my lovely micro machine, partially sent through a vintage style delay. The other half features electronic drum samples with a tribal tendency. But there are also ambient passages without beats. I could have made 2 shorter albums out of the material... but somehow the variety, the travel-aspect seemed more interesting.
