Lustra by MAÂT
Lustra is MAÂT’s second album—a rich tapestry of ambient jazz, cosmic dub, and experimental electronics. Composed between 2020 and 2023 in Paris, Le Mans and at Lustra Workshop in rural Burgundy, the album reflects the band's evolution from a trio to a four-piece ensemble of instrumentalists and producers.
Still rooted in their fourth world and ambient-pop aesthetics, MAÂT now weave in elements of jazz, footwork, folk, and dance music. From the syncopated oddity of the title track “Lustra” to the ethio-jazz echoes of “Addis Acidd,” the record explores a wide palette without losing its unique sonic signature. Lustra is an immersive drift into the textures of togetherness—a slow, foggy journey where memory leads the way.
