The slim brothers extends their musical palette further on BUZZ HUMAN, with new and colourful nuances. The music is more aesthetic, dirty and featuring both spoken word and manic shouts. Lyrically the album is based on personal experiences with both punches to the face and the gut, but also elbows to their own groin and lots of black humour. On BUZZ HUMAN the trash-rock psychobilly legacy of Hasil Adkins and The Cramps live on and inspirations are also drawn from the degenerate part of the prohibition era. BUZZ HUMAN is more “powersolesque”, lively, bloody, sexy, and sweaty than ever before.
