My beliefs from HOLD FAST by Praiser

as a little kid
i daily prayed to God
and i never quit
i still talk to the Lord
and its amazing
though alot changed
i know somehow
that he remained the same

good and kind and pure
seeking the best for me
trustworthy, a strong friend, a help in times of need
and i will never leave my faith
nor forsake my beliefs , my beliefs

four decades
and some days were shaken
by the storms of sorrow
and a heart thats aching
and lots of blessed times too
sunshine and gold
and every day i know
God took care of my soul

so i pray
and i believe
Christ is good
and Christ is here
my foundation
a place to run to
so faithful
and oh so true

so i trust
and i believe
Christ is life
and Christ is peace
my harbour
my constant well of joy
full of glory
full of light
