Equinox EP by Pure Bathing Culture
While on tour with Lucius this year, Pure Bathing Culture performed for the first time as a duo, and rediscovered the power of their songs in their simplest form. The experience inspired an acoustic EP that includes selections from Night Pass, as well as two of their most-streamed songs in revealing new arrangements, “Pendulum” and “Pray for Rain.” The colors of Dan’s acoustic guitars and the close-up warmth of Sarah’s voice present a perfect setting for intimate moments of quiet reflection.

A duo with a knack for making music that sounds unearthly yet familiar. The beautiful strangeness of Sarah Versprille and Daniel Hindman's music dominated their 2013 debut album Moon Tides; on later albums, such as 2015's Pray for Rain and 2019's Night Pass, they streamlined their sound and put their catchy songwriting front and center.
