Find some peace of mind, sitting alone in this house.
The storm's been going on for days, I've calmly welcomed it.

the problems were past solving, there’s no point in trying anymore.
Time slipped out, and water slipped in, as i sit there peacefully
Rain and time are both unforgiving, neither cease to destroy

There's still time, time to try. Get up, and make it out or here.
